DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on European Residential Loan Securitisation 2018-1 DAC

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings on the Class A and Class B notes (collectively, the Notes) issued by European Residential Loan Securitisation 2018-1 DAC.

The discontinuations reflect the full redemption of the Notes on the 24 August 2021 payment date.

The outstanding balance of the Notes prior to the full redemption was EUR 29,526,584.79 for Class A and EUR 18,690,000.00 for Class B. The Notes were rated A (high) (sf) and BBB (high) (sf), respectively.

DBRS Morningstar also removed the ratings from Under Review with Negative Implications.
