DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust 2016-WIKI

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its outstanding ratings on the Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2016-WIKI, issued by J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust 2016-WIKI (the Trust), as the Trust’s sole loan was repaid in full with the September 2021 remittance. This concludes DBRS Morningstar’s surveillance of this transaction.
