DBRS Morningstar Discontinues and Withdraws Ratings of Université du Québec à Montréal

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued and withdrew the Issuer Rating and the Senior Unsecured Debentures rating of the Université du Québec à Montréal (the University) at the University’s request. DBRS Morningstar notes that the action to discontinue and withdraw the ratings is unrelated to the University’s credit profile.
