DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Tudor Rose Mortgages 2020-1 PLC

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings on the Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class F, and Class X1 notes (together, the Rated Notes) issued by Tudor Rose Mortgages 2020-1 PLC.

The discontinuations reflect the full repayment of the Rated Notes on the 20 December 2021 payment date. Prior to their repayment, the ratings and the outstanding principal balance of the Rated Notes were as follows:

-- Class A notes at AAA (sf); GBP 216,381,389.25
-- Class B notes at AA (sf); GBP 17,400,000
-- Class C notes at A (sf); GBP 11,400,000
-- Class D notes at BBB (sf); GBP 7,600,000
-- Class E notes at BB (high) (sf); GBP 6,800,000
-- Class F notes at BB (low) (sf); GBP 3,100,000
-- Class X1 notes at A (high) (sf); GBP 1,142,706.08

The transaction is collateralised by a portfolio of UK buy-to-let residential mortgage loans sold by Morgan Stanley Principal Funding, Inc. and granted by Axis Bank UK Ltd.

DBRS Morningstar did not rely upon third-party due diligence in order to conduct its analysis.

At the time of the initial ratings, DBRS Morningstar was supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not impact the rating analysis.

DBRS Morningstar considers the data and information available to it for the purposes of providing this rating to be of satisfactory quality.

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 1 July 2021, when DBRS Morningstar upgraded its rating on the Class X1 notes to A (high) (sf) from BB (high) (sf) and confirmed its ratings on the Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, and Class F notes at AAA (sf), AA (sf), A (sf), BBB (sf), BB (high) (sf), and BB (low) (sf), respectively.
