Nonperforming Loans
January 14, 2022

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its rating on the Class B Notes issued by Hefesto STC, S.A. (Evora Finance).

The discontinuation reflects the repayment of the Class B Notes following the exercise of the junior noteholders’ put option by means of a written resolution dated 17 December 2021, which resulted in the Class B Notes and Class J Notes being redeemed at 100% and 91.90% of their par value, respectively.

The outstanding balance of the Class B Notes prior to the full redemption was EUR 4,825,223.27 as of 30 November payment date. The Class B Notes were rated BBB (high) (sf). DBRS Morningstar does not rate the Class J Notes.

On 9 June 2021, DBRS Morningstar discontinued its rating on the Class A Notes to reflect the full redemption on the 28 May 2021 payment date.

Other methodologies referenced in this transaction are listed at the end of this press release. These may be found at: http://www.dbrsmorningstar.com/about/methodologies.

A review of the transaction legal documents was not conducted as the legal documents have remained unchanged since the most recent rating action.
