DBRS Morningstar Assigns Rating of BBB (high), Stable, to Acciona Energía Financiación Filiales, S.A.’s EUR 500 million 1.375% Green Bond Due on 26 January 2032

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) assigned a rating of BBB (high) with a Stable trend to Acciona Energía Financiación Filiales, S.A.’s (AEFF) EUR 500 million 1.375% Green Bond due on 26 January 2032. AEFF is Corporación Acciona Energías Renovables, S.A.’s (CAER or the Company) main financing vehicle. The assigned rating is based upon the rating of AEFF’s already-outstanding Euro Medium Term Notes Programme.

The new issuance is fully and unconditionally guaranteed by CAER. DBRS Morningstar understands that the net proceeds from the offering will be used to finance or refinance, in whole or in part, eligible green projects under the Company’s Green Financing Framework.
