DBRS Morningstar Discontinues UK and EU Endorsement of All Ratings of Morgan Stanley Bank of America Merrill Lynch Trust 2014-C17 and WFRBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2014-C21

As of March 9, 2022, DBRS Ratings Limited and DBRS Ratings GmbH will discontinue the endorsement of Morgan Stanley Bank of America Merrill Lynch Trust 2014-C17 and WFRBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2014-C21 ratings issued by DBRS, Inc. for use in the United Kingdom and the European Union. The initial ratings were assigned based on the “CMBS Rating Methodology” (January 24, 2012) and subsequently monitored pursuant to the “North American CMBS Surveillance Methodology” in effect at the time of each review.

The ratings were previously endorsed by DBRS Ratings Limited and DBRS Ratings GmbH at the specific request of an investor related to a single class within each transaction; however, the request has not been renewed.

Notes:
Ratings endorsed by DBRS Ratings Limited and DBRS Ratings GmbH for use in the United Kingdom and the European Union are marked as such on the DBRS Morningstar website in their respective rating tables. As part of this discontinuation, these markings will be removed from the relevant ratings. However, the language and related statements in previously published press releases will not be changed retroactively and will remain as part of DBRS Morningstar’s historical record.
