DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) assigned a Commercial Paper (CP) rating of R-1 (low) with a Stable trend to Énergir, L.P. (the Partnership). The Partnership has set a CP limit of $800 million. The rating is based on Énergir, L.P.’s adequate liquidity available to manage the refinancing risk associated with the CP program. The CP program is fully backed by an $800 million secured revolving credit facility in place with sufficient same-day liquidity.
