DBRS Morningstar Assigns Ratings of “A” With Stable Trends to Enbridge Gas Inc.’s New Issues of Medium Term Notes

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) assigned ratings of “A” with Stable trends to the following Medium Term Notes issued by Enbridge Gas Inc.:

-- CAD 325 million Medium Term Notes (Unsecured) due August 17, 2032
-- CAD 325 million Medium Term Notes (Unsecured) due August 17, 2052

The ratings assigned to these newly issued debt instruments are based on the rating of an already-outstanding debt series of the above-mentioned debt instruments.

ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, GOVERNANCE CONSIDERATIONS
There were no Environmental/Social/Governance (ESG) factors that had a significant or relevant effect on the credit analysis.
