DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) assigned a rating of R-1 (low) with a Stable trend to Brookfield Corporate Treasury Ltd.’s new Commercial Paper Program (CP Program). The short-term promissory notes to be issued under the CP Program will be fully, irrevocably, and unconditionally guaranteed by Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (BAM), rated A (low) with a Stable trend by DBRS Morningstar. The CP Program will be fully backed up by BAM’s credit facilities.
