Madrid, Autonomous Community of: Rating Report

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) upgraded the Long-Term Issuer Rating of the Autonomous Community of Madrid (Madrid) to “A” from A (low) and changed the trend to Stable from Positive. At the same time, DBRS Morningstar confirmed Madrid's Short-Term Issuer Rating at R-1 (low) with a Stable trend.
