DBRS Morningstar Discontinues and Withdraws Ratings for University of Guelph

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued and withdrew the Issuer Rating and the Senior Unsecured Debentures rating for the University of Guelph (the University) at the University’s request. DBRS Morningstar notes the action to discontinue and withdraw the ratings is unrelated to the University’s credit profile.

ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, AND GOVERNANCE CONSIDERATIONS
There were no environmental, social, and governance factors that had a significant or relevant effect on the credit analysis.
