DBRS Morningstar Finalizes Provisional Ratings of A (low) with Stable Trends on East-West Tie Limited Partnership

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) finalized its provisional Issuer Rating and Senior Secured Debt rating of A (low) on East-West Tie Limited Partnership (East-West Tie). DBRS Morningstar also finalized its provisional rating of A (low) on East-West Tie’s $428 million Senior Secured Notes issuance. All trends are Stable. The finalized ratings follow the issuance of the Senior Secured Notes on terms consistent with those contemplated by DBRS Morningstar when it assigned provisional ratings on March 27, 2023.
