DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Wizink Master Credit Cards Fondo de Titulización, Series 2019-03 Notes

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings on the Series 2019-03, Class A and Class C Notes (the Series 2019-03 Notes), the last outstanding note series issued by Wizink Master Credit Cards Fondo de Titulización.

The rating discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Series 2019-03 Notes on the payment date of 26 April 2023. Prior to their repayment in full, the ratings and the outstanding principal balances of the Series 2019-03 Notes were as follows:

-- Series 2019-03, Class A Notes rated AA (sf): EUR 10,064,076
-- Series 2019-03, Class C Notes rated BB (high) (sf): EUR 16,000,000

DBRS Morningstar notes the Series 2019-03 Notes entered into the schedule amortisation in January 2023.

At the time of the initial ratings, DBRS Morningstar was supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not impact the rating analysis.
