DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) assigned a new provisional rating of A (low) with a Stable trend to Brookfield Capital Finance LLC’s Senior Unsecured Notes and its USD 500 million Medium Term Notes due June 2033 (together, the Senior Notes). The Senior Notes will be fully, irrevocably, and unconditionally guaranteed by Brookfield Corporation (BN) (rated A (low) with a Stable trend by DBRS Morningstar), formerly Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (BAM).
