DBRS Morningstar Assigns Rating of “A” With a Stable Trend to AltaLink, L.P.’s $500 Million Senior Secured Notes Issuance

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) assigned a credit rating of “A” with a Stable trend to AltaLink, L.P.’s $500 million Senior Secured Notes. The credit rating being assigned to is based on the credit rating of an already-outstanding debt series of the above-mentioned debt instrument.

The net proceeds will be used for the repayment or refinancing of existing indebtedness and general corporate purposes.

ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, GOVERNANCE CONSIDERATIONS
There were no Environmental/Social/Governance (ESG) factors that had a significant or relevant effect on the credit analysis.
